Do the shoe sizes run true to size? Yes, they do!
Will the crystals fall off my shoes when I wear them? Each crystal is applied by hand using a sturdy and waterproof jewelers glue. While the shoes are incredibly well made and durable, there is no guarantee that over time, a crystal will be displaced. This is why we send a little pouch of spare crystals in the shoe box with your order, so that in the years to come, you can replace a crystal should it have lost it's way!
How long will be order take to be delivered? Our Shoes, bags and jewellery are hand made to order. We ask for 4 weeks for your order to be made, then dispatch will take approx 3 to 10 business days, depending on where you live in the world.
Will I receive a tracking number? Yes, absolutely! Once your order dispatches, you will receive an email to let you know of this fantastic news, and a tracking number will be provided.
What is the difference between Austrian glass crystals and Swarovski crystals? Austrian glass crystals are a cheaper crystal but a wonderful alternative to Swarovski. They are glass, not plastic, and have a 7.5/10 shine rating. The Swarovski crystal is the mother of all crystals in terms of unbeatable shine, with a shine rating of 10/10.
